We hope you enjoy our website.  Our website only shows a selection of our available fabrics.  Please visit us at the quilt shows or contact me with any questions you have regarding our other products.

ORDERING:

After you make your selections, click on "View Cart" and follow the prompts to make your purchase.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase our products.  Just click through the "continue" buttons.  Please note that all orders under £20 require a £2.50 shipping charge while orders over £20 ship free.  VAT and import duties are already included in our prices.

All our orders are processed securely using PayPal and we do not see any card information.  We accept all primary credit, debit and bank cards.  As soon as your payment is processed you will receive an e-mail invoice of the transaction for review.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your invoice.  If you do not feel comfortable ordering online and would like to send us a check instead of using PayPal please contact me at fiona@americanquiltstore.com.

Your order will be processed and mailed to you via standard post.  You should receive your order within a week.

Please note:  If we run out of any selection we will notify you immediately and review how you wish to alter your order.  We will always ask if you would like us to back-order any fabric for you as well as see if you would like any substitutions. 

RETURNS:

All of our products are from quality manufacturers and are 100% cotton.  We cannot take returns on cut fabrics.  If you have any questions with your order please contact me at fiona@americanquiltstore.com or see us in person at any of the quilt shows listed on our Home Page.  We're happy to review any issues with you.
